The Yolo County Regional Resilience Collaborative (YCRRC) is a regional collaborative dedicated to enhancing climate resilience in Yolo County.


We are committed to addressing the climate risks most critical to the County—including wildfires, floods, droughts, and extreme heat—through coordinated planning, strategic funding, and community engagement. Our efforts build upon the Yolo County Climate Action & Adaptation Plan (CAAP) and other local initiatives.

Formation of the Yolo County Regional Resilience Collaborative and its completion of the Needs Assessment and funding strategy is supported by the Governor’s Office of Land Use and Climate Innovation’s (LCI) Regional Resilience Planning and Implementation Grant Program (RRGP).  This is a state-funded program that supports regions like ours to plan and implement community-driven climate solutions.
